2012 - bring it on!

last night i made beef & bean casserole and a side of spinach with garlic & parmesan - YUM!


yesterday i did an insanity max cardio hybrid - it REALLY kicked my butt!


this morning i did an insanity pure cardio hybrid - SOLID.
 happy 2012 everyone,

sorry i have been slacking!  i had a really nice vacation.  i am back at work today.

in regards to the new year, this 2012 i will do the following -
  • eat more greens (spinach, broccoli, etc...)
  • enjoy kick a$$ workouts (insanity, p90x, hybrids, kettlebell work, rep workouts, etc...)
  • cook more (pack up lunches and eat less frozen food for dinner)
lots to catch up on this week,
