| topped with simply lite chocolate & bob's red mill chia seeds |
fruity protein ice cream recipe
2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 teaspoon bob's guar gum
1/4 teaspoon bob's xantham gum
1/2 teaspoon sugar free/fat free jello - cheesecake flavor
frozen fruit (i used blueberries, raspberries, strawberries & mango)
splash of milk (i used almond milk, but water would work too)
1 teaspoon torani sugar free mango syrup
blend all ingredients together in vita-mix - it will be super thick!
pour ice cream into a bowl and top with crunchy items - chia seeds, unsweetened chocolate, nuts, cacao nibs, etc....
