monday : workouts, quotes & tea i want to try!

this morning i had to get a good workout in - i ate WAY too much in lowell this weekend.....
so i did insanity cardio powder - the power jumps kick my butt everytime!!!!

my 20 minute morning workout plan for this week is a kettleswing hybrid of insanity pure cardio.
i am going to alternate 1 minute of kettlebell swings with 1 minute of pure cardio moves.

i really want to try the three 3 teas in the article above, they sound delicious!

i spent the weekend in lowell catching up with my family, as a result i ate a bit more junk than i should have, but that's what the weekend is for....now i am back on track.  this morning i had a good workout and i put together my workout plan for tomorrow.
