| this morning i had to get a good workout in - i ate WAY too much in lowell this weekend..... so i did insanity cardio powder - the power jumps kick my butt everytime!!!! |

i spent the weekend in lowell catching up with my family, as a result i ate a bit more junk than i should have, but that's what the weekend is for....now i am back on track. this morning i had a good workout and i put together my workout plan for tomorrow.
