weirdo wednesday morning!

this morning i did my 20 minute hybrid version of insanity pure cardio.
  1. warm up - ONCE (not 3 times)
  2. workout - 15 minutes
  3. stretch

i just made a blueberry chia coconut POWER PANCAKE using mostly bob's red mill ingredients!

i added bob's chia seeds, blueberries & unsweetened baker's chocolate to the batter today.

i will pack it up and eat it at work.

this week is FLYING BY!  it has been really busy and productive.  as you can tell from my posts over the past few days i am BACK ON TRACK with workouts and healthier eating (thank goodness).  after so much traveling over the past few months i HAD to make the decision to FOCUS!

my workouts have been solid (i am so sore right now), my eating has been better (with a few exceptions but i am not a "perfect" eater, and i don't ever plan to be) and i have been able to get a lot done at work.  POW.
